Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing Without Anchovies
Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing Without Anchovies – This is another great version of the delicious Caesar Salad Dressing but this recipe does not call for anchovies. So for all those people that do not like anchovies here you go, you can now enjoy your Caesar salad! Check below for step by step pictures.

Ingredients
Put lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and mayonnaise in a food processor and process until smooth. With the food processor still on, slowly pour in the oil. Process until thick and creamy. You need to do this very slowly so that it will emulsify otherwise the oil will not blend in with the other ingredients. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse for a few times.
