Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing
Here is a very simple and quick recipe for Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing. With just a few ingredients you can quickly whip up a great tasting Caesar dressing like you will find in restaurants and stores. No one will believe it is homemade! Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Add to salad and enjoy!Method

Tip: If you like it really smooth you can use a food processor.
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (I like the brand Maille)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Whisk together until blended.
