Pico de Gallo
This is a great authentic Pico de Gallo recipe. It is easy and quick to make and very healthy.
Ingredients:
6 Roma tomatoes
1/2 Red onion diced
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 Jalapeno pepper minced
1/2 Lime for juice
1 Clove of garlic minced
1 Pinch ground cumin, or to taste
Black ground pepper to taste
Nacho chips
Directions:
Mix all the chopped vegetables into a dish. Add garlic, cumin and pepper. Squeeze lime slice into the mixture stir. Refrigerate a few hours ahead of time to let flavors combine together.
Spoon onto nacho chips and enjoy.
