Multigrain Flatbread
Ingredients: (4 servings)
3 cup multigrain flour
35 gm butter- cut into small cubes
A pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup water- room temperature
Preparation
- Mix flour and salt in the large mixing bowl, add butter and rub in the flour until coarsely combined.
- Gradually add water to form dough and knead for 3-5 minutes or until smooth and pliable.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each part into thin, circle sheet.
- Heat the pan over the medium heat, toast each flatbread on the pan, turn occasionally until perfectly baked on both sides. Serve hot with your favourite curry.
