Multigrain Flatbread

Ingredients: (4 servings)

3 cup multigrain flour

35 gm butter- cut into small cubes

A pinch of salt

1 1/4 cup water- room temperature

Preparation

  1. Mix flour and salt in the large mixing bowl, add butter and rub in the flour until coarsely combined.
  2. Gradually add water to form dough and knead for 3-5 minutes or until smooth and pliable.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each part into thin, circle sheet.
  4. Heat the pan over the medium heat, toast each flatbread on the pan, turn occasionally until perfectly baked on both sides. Serve hot with your favourite curry.
