Grilled Chicken Pizza With White Sauce
For this Grilled Chicken Pizza With White Sauce recipe, use enough dough from our Authentic Italian Pizza Crust Recipe and to make one pizza or more, depending on how many you are feeding. You can freeze any left over dough for later use or keep in fridge ip to a week.
For the sauce you can use my white pizza sauce recipe or you can use store bought alfredo sauce.
The chicken I smoked a couple days before and let sit in fridge to bring out the flavor.
I made mine with onions, green peppers, tomato and hot peppers. The picture shows my pizza before I grilled it on my Pit Boss.
Use whatever combination of optional toppings you like. Roasted red pepper with smoked chicken and bacon is also a good combination.
